WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO BOOK A CAR?
Dominicus Motors offers direct rentals or renting with Turo. There are different requirements for both.
Directly with us you will have to provide the below information alongside signing multiple contracts.
- 21+ years old to book a car.
- 25+ years old to book an exotic car.
- Drivers License
- Full insurance coverage & renters insurance with a well known company.
- Social Security Number
- Everyone will undergo FULL background checks.
- Includes motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and criminal records.

WILL I BE CHARGED A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Miami Path charges security deposits for cash rentals of exotic cars. Usually cars we charge less than $250.00 daily do not require a security deposit.
Turo only charges a security deposit when the car is Deluxe Class or Super Deluxe Class. Read here for more information.
- Guests ages 25-29 who book a Deluxe Class car pay a $750 deposit.
- Guests who book a Super Deluxe Class car pay a $750 deposit.
- Turo will automatically refund a security deposit 80 hours after your trip ends. Your bank may take up to 10 days — although it’s typically 3-5 business days — to return the funds to your account.
ARE THERE ANY TAXES?
No. All taxes are included in our pricing.
HOW FAR CAN YOU DELIVER?
We can deliver up to a 50 mile radius from Miami.
HOW MANY MILES ARE INCLUDED IN MY TRIP?
With direct rental or Turo we usually offer 100 miles per day. Unless stated otherwise. Any milage exceeding the limit we will charge.
- Per day 100 miles.
- Per week 700 miles.
- Per month 3000 miles.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Whether the guest received a full refund, a partial refund, or receives no refund depends on the circumstances. The total amount refunded will depend on when the guest cancels the trip, the length of the trip, and the trip type. Cash rental refunds may be up to the discretion of Dominicus Motors.

ARE THERE ANY PENALTIES FOR LATE RETURN?
Yes. Returning a rental late will result in penalties + proration time.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, any extra charge is due to customer actions. We do charge extra for exceeding mileage, empty gas return, smoking in the vehicle, car damage, and more.
CAN I BOOK A CAR FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
No. Only the person reserving the car with the license provided can drive the car.
DISCOUNT FOR INFLUENCERS?
NO.
